St. Paulinus Churchyard; Crayford, Kent.

I visited St. Paulinus Churchyard in April 2008. Appearing rural, while in a built up area it's beauty to me was in it's tranquility. Now preserved as a nature area, growing wild, whilst still a working cemetery, there are no great monuments here. But it is still a delight. as a 'bonus' the church was open, so I finish off this set with a few snaps inside.

St Margaret of Antioch Churchyard, Edgware, Middlesex.

St Margarey of Antioch sits on a busy, main crossroads in this edge of north London suburb. It could easily be a parish church way out in the countryside, which it was centuries ago of course.
It just not seem to 'fit in' with its current location, to me.
