War Memorial; Whitstable, Kent

Willebroek Cemetery; Willebroek, Belgium

I'm not sure of the exact name of this small cemetery, I walked around it at the end of February 2009. I was actually in the vicinity to visit Fort Breendonk, & this happened to be adjacent.



Just outside these entrance gates was the War Memorial:











We now go through the gates, to the main military plot, then around the general cemetery:

This memorial is outside Mechelen Mekkerspoel station.

St. Mary the Virgin churchyard; Bexley, Kent

I visited St. Mary the Virgin churchyard in December 2008. It was cold, and near to dusk, but I thought it would be a weonderful little oasis to sit and read the Sunday papers on a warm summers morning!
